Yrs: 'Through Time and Space , I Will (Have No)(Hold Yr) Place'

Today, Punknews is pleased to debut the new album by Yrs, Through Time and Space , I Will (Have No)(Hold Yr) Place.

The album is on a massive scale- I mean, check out that title! Clocking it at an hour, the release merges shoegaze with emo and then pushes the whole thing into a dark, trippy territory. Think My Bloody Valentine meets Embrace on acid.

Nobodys and Raging Nathans: Split EP

Today Punknews is excited to debut the new split EP by Nobodys and The Raging Nathans!

This is the first new music from Nobodys in 15 years and it is a fine return to form. The band blasts through two gleefully nihilistic tunes that pay homage to both Ramones and The Meatmen. Meanwhile, Raging Nathans pull from pop-punk and the more classic stuff, resulting in some fist pumping jams.

The Brokedowns: “King of the Dust”

Redeyechicago.com has premiered a new song by The Brokedowns called "King of the Dust." The song will be on their five-track split EP with Direct Hit!. The EP is called Making A Midwesterner and it will be out on April 16, 2016 as an limited Record Store Day release (700 copies) via Red Scare. The band last released Life Is A Breeze in 2014.

Mean Jeans: “Michael Jackson Was Tight"

Mean Jeans have premiered > a new song: “Michael Jackson Was Tight," which will be on their upcoming full-length Tight New Dimension. The album is due out on April 22, 2016 via Fat Wreck Chords. The band released Nite Vision in 2016 also via Fat Wreck Chords.

Leftöver Crack: “Down Under” (Men At Work cover)

During their current tour in Australia, Leftover Crack recorded a cover of Men At Work's song "Down Under," which is now available stream. The band released Constructs of the State in 2015 via Fat Wreck Chords.

Flogging Molly: “The Hand of John L. Sullivan”

You can stream Flogging Molly's new song "The Hand of John L. Sullivan" over at Alternative Press. The track will be on the band's upcoming release, which apparently will be out later this year. Flogging Molly last released Speed of Darkness in 2011.
