The Dirty Nil have announced that they will be releasing a live album. It is called Live at the Dine Alone Store and was recorded at their release party for The Lash which took place in July at the Dine Alone Store in Toronto, Ontario. The album features thirteen tracks. The band has released a video for “Fail In Time” which was shot by Good Job Hi Five and produced by Brittany Farhat. The song is off their recently released album The Lash which came out earlier this year. The Dirty Nil start their run of US Midwest shows with War On Women tonight, will be touring Western Canada starting on November 19, and will be touring the UK in June. The Planet Smashers have released a video for their song “Alien”. The video was directed, filmed, and edited by Michael Crusty. The song is off their recently released album On The Dancefloor which was released earlier this year via Stomp Records. The Planet Smashers will be playing Stomp Records’ 30th Anniversary Bash in December. Check out the video below.

Ecca Vandal has released a video for her new song “MOLLY”. The video was directed by Ecca Vandal and Richie Buxton. This is the second song she’s released so far this year and follows “CRUISING TO SELF SOOTHE”. Ecca Vandal released her self-titled album in 2017. Check out the video below.

Teen Mortgage have released a new holiday single. The song is called “Below The Christmas Tree” and is available digitally now via Roadrunner Records. Teen Mortgage will be playing Better Lovers' BLissmas holiday show in December and released their album Devil Ultrasonic Dream earlier this year. Check out the song below.

Today, we are extremely excited to bring you the premiere of the debut EP from Dirty O'Keeffe! Dirty O’Keeffe formed in 2020 and is made up of Dave Raun of Lagwagon, Christian Martucci of Stone Sour, Billy Gould of Faith No More, and Steve Shepard from Trash n Privilege. Five years after releasing their debut single “Brick or Bullet”, the band is back with their debut EP Heavy Water. Heavy Water features four new tracks: “Heavy Water”, “Crunchy Bass for Breakfast”, “A Cliche Amongst the Prey”, and “A Million”. Speaking about the EP, David Raun said,
"Having had played with all these guys separately before, I was really excited about us all being a part of the same project. We just made music we wanted to make with zero pressure or expectation and lots of laughs. Everybody just brought their thing to the table and it’s a perfect blend. So much so that we came back for more."
Billy Gould said of the project,
“I’m so glad Dave called me to be a part of this. I had a great time working with everyone. There was no overthinking and no agenda… just friends making noise. I loved every minute of it. A great bunch of guys who went into this with genuine enthusiasm. What’s not to like?!"

NOBRO have released a video for their new song “DOOMTOWN”. The video was animated by Christopher Grant who is an artist and filmmaker from Pabineau First Nation, New Brunswick who also did the posters for their upcoming Eastern Canadian tour which begins later this month. The song appears to be a standalone single and is available digitally now. The band also announced a tour of Western Canada for this spring. Those dates will begin on April 17 in Victoria, British Columbia and will wrap up on April 25 in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
NOBRO will be touring the US with Front Bottoms in December, touring the US with Descendents and Frank Turner & The Sleeping Souls starting in February and released their album Set Your Pussy Free in 2023. Check out the video and new dates below.

Richmond-based hardcore punks Private Hell have announced that they will be releasing a new EP. It is called To Dust You Shall Return and will be out on December 12. Brooklyn-based antifolk singer Brook Pridemore has released video for their new song. The song is called “My Friends in Crime” and features April from Apes of the State, Pat formerly Pat the Bunny and currently of Friends in Real Life, Toby from The Moldy Peaches, Pigeon from Sister Wife Sex Strike, Yankee Roses, and Little Cobweb. The video was animated by Preston Spurlock. The song is off their upcoming album Only I Can Prevent Forest Fires which will be out on January 30 via Asbestos Records. Brook Pridemore released their split with Milk St., Oscar Mayer Winners, in 2024. Check out the video below.

Stoopfest has announced its first-wave lineup for 2026. The Hotelier (Christian Holden solo), Pinkshift, JER, Friends in Real Life, Brook Pridemore, Grey Matter, Gully Boys, Hummusvacuum, June Henry, Laura Stevenson, Nana Grizol, Open Mike Eagle, Pigeon Pit, Rent Strike, Tequila Mockingbird, Doom Scroll, Freezing Cold, Hit Like A Girl, Kat and the Hurricane, Ratwyfe, Pacing, Spud Bugs, and The Last Arizona are among the bands/artists playing. Odonis Odonis have released a video for their new song “Work It Out”. The video was directed and edited by Constantin Tzenos and produced by After Hours. The song is off their upcoming self-titled album which will be out on November 14 via Royal Mountain Records. Speaking about the song and video, the band said,
”This is a post-punk track about confronting the grind of modern life as AI, inflation, and collapsing markets threaten our ability to survive. Inspired by the loss of my 18-year career in animation, the song pairs dark urgency with humor. For the first time, I used AI creatively to make an AI slop video that reclaims the very force that cost me my livelihood, turning disruption into art.”

Turnstile were nominated for a whopping five Grammys base doff their new album Never Enough. They are contenders in the following categories: Best Rock Performance; Best Metal Performance; Best Rock Song; Best Rock Album; Best Alternative Music Performance. The award ceremony is Feb 1, 2026.
