Phil Chevron (The Pogues, The Radiators From Space) has been diagnosed with cancer again, reports Louder Than War.

The 55-year old guitarist, who previously fought esophageal cancer between 2007 and 2011, has been diagnosed with cancer of the head and neck. The cancer is now inoperable due to the high risk of stroke or worse. Chevron has confirmed that "this time the cancer is lethal."
