To celebrate the release of the new Enemy UK record "We'll Live and Die In These Towns", Punknews.org and Warner Brothers Records are happy to team up to offer two tickets to see The Enemy UK at the Osheaga Festival in Montreal, QC on August 4th. Other artists performing include MGMT, The Weakerthans, and Gogol Bordello just to name a few.
Along with the tickets for a grand prize winner, three runner ups will receive a copy of the band's new album.

We've got a quick mini-contest today. Sacramento's MC Rut has some shows coming up this week with Burning Brides. We've got a pair of
tickets for the July 18 show in Seattle, WA, another set for July 22 in San Francisco, CA and July
24th in Los Angeles, CA.

With the imminent release of the upcoming Adeline split featuring Broadway Calls and Teenage Bottlerocket, we've got a copy of the split as well as each of the band's latest albums to give away. So, along with the brand new split, you'll get copies of Broadway Calls and Warning Device.
The split itself includes songs from both of the bands, with each contributing an original and a cover with Broadway Calls tackling Billy Bragg's "She's Got a New Spell" and Teenage Bottlerocket covering Dead Milkmen's "Dean's Dream."

This Saturday, Thursday and Hot Water Music will co -headline a show with Paint It Black at Terminal 5 in New York City . To celebrate, we've got a pair of tickets for the event to give away. The contest is going to be very quick, and is only open to people who can actually get to the show, and live in the US or Canada (excluding Quebec.)
Tickets at the 3000-capacity venue are $25.00 and available here.

We've got three sets of two tickets to give away for dates on the 2008 edition of the F*ck Yeah Tour. The shows take place in Philadelphia, PA, New York City and Brooklyn, NY. Since the prizes don't include a plane, you'll need to find a way to get there but when you do, you'll be treated to highly anticipated sets from the Circle Jerks, Dillinger Four, Matt & Kim and more. Philadelphia includes Paint It Black, New York City and Brooklyn include Team Robespierre.

Earlier this week, Burlington, ON's Saint Alvia Cartel released their new self-titled album in the United States for the first time. The ska/punk outfit includes members of notable Canadian acts like Boys Night Out, Grade and Jersey.

This month Vice released the DVD of the critically acclaimed documentary about aggressive music in Iraq, Heavy Metal in Baghdad. The film primarily focuses on Acrassicauda, one of the few bands that dared to play Western music in the dangerously sectarian Iraq. To celebrate the release, the label has provided a copy of the DVD and a poster autographed by the band for one winner here at Punknews.org

For every Canadian show on the tour, the bands will be providing two tickets, a copy of
Career Suicide and an AWS shirt, a copy of Living With Lion's Make Your Mark and a big of Atticus Merch. At the end, each winner will be part of a grand prize draw for an even bigger Atticus prize package.

Less Than Jake, who are about to release GNV/FLA on their own Sleep it Off Records want to offer one reader the opportunity to take home not only a copy of the record, but also a portable record player to play it on.
Wait, it gets better. Tthe portable record player is hand-painted by Richard Minino, the artist responsible for the new album's artwork. Just to make the deal even sweeter, Less Than Jake will be throwing their signatures onto the record packaging.

The thirteenth annual S.C.E.N.E. Music Festival is set to take place in downtown St. Catharines Ontario on Sunday June 29 and Punknews.org wants to give five readers a pair of free tickets to the festivities.
With 150 bands playing a series of all-ages shows through the city's downtown, it'll be hard to chose where to spend your time. However, you'll be able to catch sets from Silverstein, illScarlett, Cancer Bats, Teenage Head, Black Lungs, Hostage Life, Dead and Divine and more.

To Celebrate the long awaited release of the original Bomb the Music Industry! album, Album Minus Band on vinyl Asbestos Records and Punknews are hosting the "Congratulations John on Helping Me win a BTMI! Test Pressing Contest!"
The Rules are simple, attend one of the dates on the Asian Man Tour, and take a picture with yourself and John in it. Creativity counts, and the funnier or more awkward the photo is, the better. The only catch is, you can't let him know why you're taking the picture, as he has no idea about this contest existing.
Best picture wins a test pressing of the Album Minus Band LP. Two runners up will get a prize pack from Asian Man including the newest CD release of all five bands on the tour. You can email your photos to Flood@asbestosrecords.com.

Today we've got a contest from The Black Lungs, the side project from Alexisonfire guitarist, Wade MacNeil. Along with Wade, the band includes Jordan "Ratbeard" Hastings of Alexisonfire & Jersey on drums, and Sean McNabb, formerly of the band Jersey and now in The Creepshow, on guitar.
The contest is to celebrate the band's debut album. The record is titled Send Flowers and is due out May 20, 2008. The prize package includes a copy of the album and a poster. The band will be hitting the road throughout Canada beginning May 21st and feature City and Colour and Sleepercar.
