Cave In have finally announced their split with RCA. This confirms rumours that have been floating around for months. Billboard has some statements from the band, of note was the bands label situation: "We're free agents. We haven't decided on a label for our next album." and the upcoming album status, Brodsky says that they are "two or three songs away from having a solid record." The band released only one record via the BMG imprint, 2003's Antenna which recieved favorable reviews but never really broke out.
