Law Of Inertia Records will soon split away from the magazine with which it shares a name to become Reignition Recordings. Law Of Inertia Magazine will retain it's old name after the change. A new website for the label will be up at reignition.com in the coming months.

One of the label's next releases will be a tribute to the Smashing Pumpkins titled The Killer In You. This follows a similar tribute to Guns N' Roses that the label released this past March. Bands confirmed to participate so far include Vaux, Murder By Death, Underoath, Hawthorne Heights, Hopesfall, Poison The Well, Mae, A Static Lullaby, 32 Leaves and Roses Are Red.

Also, Alli With An I are planning to hit the road in January in support of their Law Of Inertia debut I Learned It From Watching You. Dates have not yet been announced so check back with the label's website for details soon.
