Poison The Well have posted some information about their status and current plans for the new year.
First off, Poison The Well has not broken up, that's just a bunch of gossip and nonsense. We have been busy working with the new guys, Jason Boyer (guitar) and Ben Brown (bass). […] And in regard to the new record, we have been busy writing for that which we plan to start recording within the next few months. We are going to be recording it in Umea, Sweden at Tonteknik Studios with our good friends and collaborators, Pelle Henricsson and Eskil Lovstrom. It's [too] premature to give a direction in which we are going, all I can say is it's going to be different.
The band released their last record, You Come Before You in 2003. Since then, the band has seen the departure of guitarist Derek Miller and bassist Mike Gordill.
