Billboard is reporting that Nirvana's Nevermind will get the "Classic Albums" treatment as part of Eagle Rock's behind-the-scenes DVD series. The project, due in stores on March 22nd, feature interviews with surviving members Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic, producer Butch Vig, Sonic Youth's Thurston Moore and Sub Pop Records' Jonathan Poneman and Nils Bernstein. Billboard reports:

Of particular interest is Vig's sequence, which finds him manipulating master tapes at the mixing console to break down how specific tracks came to fruition. Also included is a live clip of "Polly" and featurettes about Grohl joining the band and the creation of the "Nevermind" album cover, which infamously depicted a nude baby submerged in a swimming pool, with a dollar bill dangled in front of its face.
