Takaru has announced that they are calling it a day. The band, who released There Can Only Be None last year, had this to say:

We are playing a few more shows in the area then we are no more, we are parting as friends and several members will continue on to new projects in the near future. Updates on those will appear here for those interested.

Our new self titled EP is coming out on Joshua's Sky of Ill Rule label on the ever popular 7" format, and will be available in mid march.
