Former Bullet Train To Vegas songwriter Jeb Sprague, bassist Chris Baker (formerly of San Diego's Blue Crossed Eyes and Gay Animal Cruise), and drummer Gabe Hanson-Carrillo have formed Fog-Eater. The band's Myspace page cites Dinosaur Jr., Mudhoney, Guitar Wolf, Built To Spill, Birthday Party, Guided By Voices, Hüsker Dü, 13th Floor Elevator, Deep Wound, and Joy Division as influences.
The band is currently writing for their debut full-length, with plans to tour later this year and early next year. You can check out a demo by clicking here: "Give In"
