Despite some rumours that the band had broken up, Victory act Scars of Tomorrow has not broken up, but did see the departure of members of the band. They were able to replace them and the band will be supporting their upcoming release on a tour with labelmates Bury Your Dead.

Vocalist Mike Milford had this to say:

The rumors are flying that SCARS has broken up which is indeed FALSE. We did have members leave because touring and writing wasn't in the future and they wanted to move on. Currently the new members are practicing in Sacramento, CA [and] we plan on touring for many years to come. I've been in Scars of Tomorrow since the beginning 6 years ago and it is far from over.

The band will release The Horror of Realization on October 18th. The album is the follow up to Rope Tied to the Trigger which was released in 2004.
