Dine Alone Records has posted a stream of Alexisonfire's cover of "The Passing of America." The song originally appeared on Moneen's debut full-length, 2001's The Theory of Harmonial Value. As well, the label has also posted a new Fullblast song.
You can listen to the tracks here: Alexisonfire - "The Passing of America" / the Fullblast - "Radio."
The Alexisonfire song is taken from the label's forthcoming Switcheroo Series split EP between them and Moneen, which will find both bands covering three each of each other's songs, and a release is expected on November 22nd. Alexisonfire released Watch Out! last year through Equal Vision, and Moneen, currently working on their new full-length album, released Are We Really Happy With Who We Are Right Now? in 2003 via Vagrant.
The Fullblast will release Short Controlled Bursts, the followup to last year's Black Box-released Contagious Movement Theory, on October 25th, and will head out in November on Belvedere's final tour to support the album.
