Newly launched Nashville-based indie Speak Music Media has announced some of their upcoming releases. Due out first is a full length from Jackie Carol which features Nathan Ellis formerly of The Casket Lottery. That album is titled Check Check and is expected Late Winter 2006.

The label will also be releasing the final EP from defunct Triple Crown act, Northstar. Titled Broken Parachute, the EP will include alternate cuts and previously unreleased material from the band. Members of Northstar went on to form Cassino.

Also expected soon is the vinyl version of Smoke and Mirrors, the final release from the Casket Lottery. That 12" EP will be available at the previously reported reunion shows the band has scheduled for February 2006.
