Folly has posted an MP3 of "False Evidence Appearing Real." The song is taken from their forthcoming Sal Villanueva (Taking Back Sunday, Thursday)-produced full-length, Resist Convenience.

The album is set for release on Triple Crown on February 21st, following up 2004's Insanity Later.
