Sweden's Randy was dubbed Band of the Day by Spin Magazine on Friday, January 6th. The long-running band is set to release Randy The Band on Fat Wreck, who are "borrowing" the band for this release from buddies Epitaph.

Fat has also teamed up with AOL Music to set up a streaming listening party next week. Starting on the 9th and running through the 16th, you'll be able to listen to the whole album at AOL Music. Other media, including a video and some streaming mp3s have previously been made available.

The label is also planning an online chat with the band, but no details have been available. Also missing details, but announced, is their mid-March touring plans. The band is on a small break "due to childbirth" according to their website.
