Matt McKenzie and Emily Whitehurst, both former members of defunct act Tsunami Bomb have joined drummer Brett Friesre of Ariel Mile to form The Action Design.

Emily (M) had this to say about the project:

Youve given us so much encouragement that Matt and I decided its high time we do another musical project! So far were just working on making fun music together, and this time it includes a synthesizer!

Unfortunately, we dont have any recordings ready to present to you right now, but we will soon. And we promise to get them directly to your ears when theyre done. We wanna get up and running like a real band, so for now we will be using that myspace account as a mailing list to keep you updated on our recordings and everything.

As a side note, we do want you to know that this WON'T be Tsunami Bomb 2. Please dont expect our music to be a continuation of The Definitive Act. On second thought, please dont expect anything other than a familiar voice. We know TB cant and wont be replaced, but were excited to be playing new music and hope that you'll enjoy it as much as we do.

Tsunami Bomb split up after releasing The Definitive Act. Ariel Mile will soon release their debut EP, Atwater which is slated for an early February release via Popsmear Records.
