The Academy Is to release digital-only acoustic EP

The Academy Is… have announced plans to release a new acoustic/digital-only EP next Tuesday, February 21st, 2006. The EP, titled From The Carpet will feature six songs; three from their debut Almost Here, two new songs and a cover of John Lennon's "Working Class Hero."

The band will be supporting the EP on the Warped Tour and the XBOX 360 tour.
