Throwdown has been confirmed as support for In Flames' upcoming May tour of the United States. Following that, the band is set to perform at least ten Warped Tour dates and, prior to that, the Download Festival in the UK where they will share the stage with Metallica, Tool, Protest the Hero, Alexisonfire, Hatebreed and others.
Frontman Dave Peters had this to say about the schedule:
We're real excited to be doing such a variety of tours back to back. A couple of us are big In Flames fans and Scandinavians are always fun so maybe they'll teach us how to shred if we ask nice. Download is very cool on a personal level as Tool has been my favorite band since I was about 12, but I've never seen em. Never thought the first time would be when we were sharing a stage with them at something as huge as Download halfway around the world. For Warped Tour, I hope we don't scare too many little girls away when we're yelling obscenities they never knew existed.
The band continues to support Vendetta as well as their 2004 DVD, Together, Forever, United. The band is currently touring the US with Black Dahlia Murder, The Red Chord, The Agony Scene.
