Rhode Island's Daughters have announced some of their plans for the next few months. The band, who signed to Hydra Head Records last year, will be entering the studio today to begin work on the follow up to 2003's Canada Songs.

They added:

We start the recording this Wed with a schedualed release of July. So there, it's finally done, but don't get too excited because I'm already a few songs into the next album and hopefully we'll begin playing those songs instead.

A July release is planned.
