Michale Graves will be calling in to the Punkradiocast studios today to discuss his two-month long US tour to promote Damien Echols' new book "Almost Home." The Almost Home 2006 tour will visit 55 cities across the country leading up to WM3 World Awareness Day on June 3. G
Damien Echols is an inmate on death row, one of the trio known as the West Memphis Three. It is widely believed that the WM3 were unjustly tried and convicted of the murder of three young boys in West Memphis, Arkansas. Their cause has been championed by many in the punk music scene, most prominently by Henry Rollins via his Rise Above compilation in 2002.
Graves, is also of Gotham Road and one incarnation of the the post-Danzig Misfits, most recently released a solo record titled Punk Rock Is Dead. It arrived last June on record label Horror High.
