Buffalo, NY-based hardcore act Dead Hearts who are currently signed to Ferret have replaced their drummer. Rich Hogan who departed in February.

Replacing Hogan is Josh Heatley, formerly of The Pavers who split up in 2003. The band is still planning to enter the studio this summer to record the follow up to their State of Mind album, Dead Hearts and their seven song EP for Reflections titled No Love, No Hope.
