Zombie Apocalypse frontman and friend of Punknews.org, Ronen Kauffman will soon be embarking on a 50 mile charity bike ride to support The National MS Society.

Ronen explained his motivations for joining the event:

My wife was diagnosed with M.S. two months after we were engaged. I'm riding for her and the nearly half a million other people in the U.S who live with this awful illness. I'm also riding on behalf of the millions more who love someone with M.S.

Both inside and outside the world of hardcore punk, I've spent nearly my entire adult life trying to combat things that cause pain and heartache. But no single cause or issue relates more directly to my own personal life and struggle than this one. I urge you to pledge even the smallest amount toward my ride, and to get serious about making the world a better place.
