A DVD documenting the 2005 inaugural edition of the Sounds Of The Underground has been announced. The initial bill featured18 hardcore and metal bands, including Clutch, Poison The Well, Opeth, Unearth, From Autumn To Ashes, Chimaira, Gwar, Norma Jean, Every Time I Die, Strapping Young Lad, Throwdown, High On Fire, Devil Driver, All That Remains and A Life Once Lost.

DRT Entertainment will be releasing the DVD which documents the day's festivities, complete with performances from 16 of the 17 artists who participated in the tour. In addition, the disc will include `guest interview' segments from members of GWAR, Every Time I Die and Throwdown. The DVD was filmed by Doug Spangenberg of Highroller Studios.
