H2O updated their site with some news about writing new songs and tour plans that include South America:

Just wanted to give everyone a update on what's going on in the H20 world. In May H20 will finally get together on the westcoast and start to write new songs again. On June 1st we will be heading to South America, we are very excited to go there and play ……. Toby went there as a roadie for Sick Of It All in 1994. During July and August H20 will be opening for a band on the west coast and couple shows on the east too.

Their upcoming full length is the follow up to Go! and the All We Want EP. The band self-released their Life, One Chance DVD earlier this year.
