I also noticed this, too, and was about to post it. I recall a while ago that the Promise Ring was rumored to have signed with Epitaph, but neither band nor label has made any announcement as of yet. Maybe they signed to Anti, home of Tricky, Tom Waits, etc. Only time will tell.
