The Briggs have entered a Los Angeles studio to begin work on their debut full length for SideOneDummy. The album is due out in September and is tentatively titled Back to Higher Ground.

Producing the record is Joe Gittleman (Mighty Mighty Bosstones) and immediately following the session, the band is headed out with Tiger Army and then to Europe.
