As Cities Burn have called it a day. The Louisiana-based band posted the announcement:

[Vocalist] TJ is getting married this fall, and has decided to settle down, and begin life off of the road with his wife. he encouraged us to replace him, and continue with someone new in his place, but we have all decided that this band would not be the same without him. As Cities Burn was built on the personalities, work, and ideals of the five of us, and simply replacing a member would leave a void that would be impossible to fill. so we, as a band, have decided to end As Cities Burn.

The band released Son, I Loved You At Your Darkest last year and are planning to wrap up their touring committments which include dates with Mayelene and the Sons of Disaster and two weeks on the Warped Tour.
