August Spies Collective, a digital independent label formed by Justin Scholsberg of Hell is for Heroes and Nic Crawshaw has unveiled their first release.

The label will be releasing a record from Hampshire, England-based Caretaker. The band is compared to both Slint and Shellac and earned praise and airplay from the late, great John Peel.
