Tower of Rome have announced via MySpace that the last two weeks of their West Coast tour with Dance Club Massacre have been cancelled. The band had this to say about the cancellation:

Tower of Rome and Dance Club Massacre were stranded in Nampa, Idaho for a few days. This was the second time that the Tower of Rome van had died. We were both left with almost no money and Tower of Rome was left without a van. It was impossible to continue on, so we rented a U-Haul and drove 28 hours straight home … We hope that everyone can understand that this was out of our control and that we are all very upset about it.

The band has refunded all donations made previously to help keep the band on tour and fix the van.

Tower of Rome recently released the EP World War I via Hewhocorrupts Inc. Two songs from the EP are currently streaming on the band's MySpace.
