Jack's Mannequin has announced the dates for their upcoming Tour for a Cure. Frontman Andrew McMahon recently survived a tough ordeal with cancer and had this to say about the trek:
This tour is very close to my heart as it will be during Leukemia Awareness Month. […] The majority of the profits from tickets sold will go towards the Dear Jack Foundation, which I am creating to assign funds to Leukemia and Cancer charities as well as medical research and community outreach programs. I think it is important for me to give back to those who have helped keep me on this earth and I would like to use whatever power I have to try and keep others diagnosed with cancer here with us as well.
Joining the band on the tour will be Copeland, Daphne Loves Derby and the Hush Sound.
