The Ratchets have set a November 1st release date for their upcoming full length and follow up to their 2005 EP, Heart Of Town.

Titled Glory Bound, the band recorded with producer Bob Strakele (Bouncing Souls, Hold Steady, New Mexican Disaster Squad) at the Atomic Recording Company studio

The record is due out on Pirates Press Records, the label responsible for the 7" picture disc box set that featured the Ratchets along with bands like the Bouncing Souls, the Explosion, Lucky Stiffs and the Riverboat Gamblers. The record, which has yet to be titled, will be the first recording to feature former River City Rebels drummer Erik Schmidt, who joined the Ratchets last year.
