I wonder if the band knows about this yet. Vagrant doesn't seem to have the best lines of communication up.

Here's the official word from Jessie: "So, for The Anniversary album, the band WANTED to push the album release to January. It didn't have anything to do with any legal issues, it just works best for everyone to push it a few months." So there.
