Toronto's Constantines are headed out on the road in late November, playing a series of shows in Canada and the US alongside acts like the Hold Steady and Lullabye Arkestra. In the early winter of 2007 the band will play a handful of dates with popular Cancon act the Tragically Hip.
The band continues to hurry hard in support of 2005's Tournament of Hearts, with several solo projects popping up this year. Keyboard player Will Kidman issued his latest record as Woolly Leaves, titled Quiet Waters, while guitarist Steve Lambke branched out as Baby Eagle. The Baby Eagle record features appearances by Christine Fellows and her husband John K. Samson of the Weakerthans. Both records were released via Outside Music.
