Form Follows Failure, the former band of members from Much the Same (Nitro) and Break the Silence (Hopeless) of Chicago, have launched a posthumous myspace page with rotating songs for download, tons of pictures, and promises videos, free music and potentially an interview or two.

The band split up in 2005, following the theft of their trailer and all of their equipment in Nashville Tennesee while on tour supporting Silent Shadows Walk Thin Lines.
