: Frustrated with major-label attitudes overtaking more and more of the punk scene, eight Chicago-area DIY labels have joined together to form Red Line Distribution, a collective group where we each take on the responsibilities of helping each other put out, distribute, and promote great independant music. The idea is not having to rely on others to promote or sell our music, so that we can do everything on our own terms. We've been working on this for about six months and just got up and running. Between the eight of us we have a catalog of nearly 60 releases, ranging from punk and emo to hardcore. Please check out our website at www.redlinedistribution.com and let us know what you think.
