Though currently embroiled in an exciting contract dispute, Hawthorne Heights has begun working on their next album which will presumably follow their upcoming live CD+DVD.

They had this to say:

We're back home again, writing away. We're up to 11 songs for the new record! I can't wait to go in and record. I don't want to give anything away about these songs yet, because when we write, the songs change and grow over the course of the whole process and what we have now could end up being radically different from what ends up on the record. I will say that so far so good and I'm super excited!
