The Bled have announced plans to reissue their now out-of-print full length debut, Pass The Flask. The record was originally released on the now-defunct Fiddler Records and earned praise from this site:
Borrowing liberally from Converge, and the "Songs to Fan the Flames"-era Refused, and infusing it with an eerie sense of melody, Pass the Flask is a real accomplishment.
Besides the original album, the band is planning to add previously unreleased material, as well as some of their earliest recordings. Prior to Flask, the band also delivered the EPs, His First Crush and Ambulance Romance with a different vocalist and a heavier sound. The tracks from those EPs, as well as a handful of others are set to appear on the reissued disc.
