Century Media Records have signed Riverside, CA's Suicide Silence. Vocalist Mitch Lucker had this to say about the signing:

We're very excited to join such a historic roster alongside so many great metal bands. The Century Media Family is extremely hard working and dedicated to supporting the goals we've set as a band. They have a solid understanding of the direction we're looking to take this band and are just as much our friends as they are our record label at this point.

The band will enter the studio in March to record their debut full-length, which will tentatively be released this summer.
