Recently defunct act Park has announced details surrounding their final show, and upcoming DVD release.

The band has booked the show for May 5 at the Route 66 Hotel in Springfield, IL. The band stated:

We wanted to have this show at this hotel so everyone can stay at the hotel and party all night. To make reservations for a hotel room please call 1888-707-8366 the regular room rate is $72 but if we get enough rooms well get a discount rate as long as you book your room at least 2 weeks in advance. When making a reservation tell them your there for the park show. www.rt66hotel.com. Any one that has a hotel room at the route 66 will be VIP and have access to the VIP room which will have a cash bar and appetizers. We will also be filming the entire show for those of you who can't make it, which will later be released on dvd. We will also have a room set up with a video camera for anyone that wants to tell any stories about park or good byes to park for the DVD. In addition to the DVD we will be shooting for on the night of the show, Well also be releasing a dvd that night that has been put together by our great friend Eileen Jarrett. We are all looking very forward to seeing that.
