Red Scare has announced some of their upcoming releases. Among them are new albums from Chicago's Methadones, San Francisco's La Plebe, Carbondale, IL's Copyrights and Reno, Nevada-based Cobra Skulls.

La Plebe is the latest signing to the label, and is described as "a bilingual punk quintet with a horn section that sing about drinkin' and progressive issues.." The album was produced by Faith No More bassist Bill Gould and the record is titled ¡Hasta La Muerte!. The label notes: "for you gringos, that means To The Death!." You can check out some music on their myspace page.

Also due out from the label is a new record from The Methadones. While the band released their covers album, 21st Century Power Pop Riot last year, this new record will be the first of all-original material since 2004's Not Economically Viable. The band is recording with Matt Allison and are promising 16 new songs.

The Cobra Skulls have named their upcoming album, Sitting Army. More details on that one are expected soon.

As a final note, The Copyrights upcoming album has been delayed to April. The record is titled Make Sound and is now due out April 24, 2007. You can expect a stream of the record right here on Punknews.org.
