According to Gawker, Weezer frontman Rivers Cuomo is apparently pitching his memoirs via a literary agent. The Harvard grad formed Weezer in 1992 and sold quite a few records.
The folks at Gawker weren't particularly kind to the songwriter noting:
if they're anything like the rest of his creative output, [they'll have] started out world-changingly awesome and then became so lame they make Pete Wentz seem profound.
Despite that site's derision, the band is working on their next full length and follow up to Make Believe.
