The Sainte Catherines have announced the recently promised dates The band adds:

[Afterwards we are] aking a well–deserved break from playing and practicing after 8 years of non–stop unpaid work.

They continue to work on their new full length which will include at least two new songs: "Chub–E and HANK III" and "Did You Meet Fat Mike Yet ?" though it remains to be seen if they will actually appear or whether this is just how Quebecers make jokes. Ditto for the album which may or may not be called So Long and Thanks for Nothing. In the interim, the band is promising a release filled with "shitty" songs from their original band, The Soda Machine. The band released Dancing for Decadence in 2006.
