The initial lineup for the 2007 edition of Riot Fest has been announced. The bill will once again feature Naked Raygun, and other bands include Stiff Little Fingers, 7 Seconds, The Queers, The Methadones, Shot Baker, The Copyrights, Bad Brains, Casualties, Dillinger Four and many more.

A portion of the proceeds from Riot Fest 2007 ticket sales will go to benefit John Stabb and J. Robbins, both of Government Issue. Stabb was recently attacked by a group of teenagers only blocks from his home. The attack left Stabb needing facial reconstruction surgery, subsequently leaving large medical bills that were not covered by insurance.

Moreover, J. Robbins and his wife, Janet, recently gave birth to their first child Callum. Several months after his birth, Callum was diagnosed with a genetic motor neuron disease called Type 1 SMA, or Spinal Muscular Atrophy. Type 1 SMA is usually fatal. Those infants who survive into childhood are in for a long road of occupational therapy, wheelchairs, and assistive devices.
