It's not quite the same as a political t–shirt or criticizing exams, but a Maryland high school student has been suspended for posting a promo photo featuring Hopeless Records act All Time Low. The picture, while no racier than a Sears catalogue, was deemed "pornographic" and the student was sent home for three days.

The offending photo can be seen here. It's got a bunch of guys in their underwear, so unless you work somewhere where that kind of thing is encouraged, you should probably just take our word for it.

The band's new record, titled So Wrong, It's Right, is due out September 25, 2007.
