Escapist have signed two California–based hardcore bands. Both No Truce and The Crucified will be releasing a split together soon.

No Truce hail from Salinas, CA and promise metal–tinged hardcore with influences ranging from Buried Alive, Madball, Integrity, and Sick of it All. Crucified call the North Bay of CA home and draw influence from All Out War, Merauder, and Ringworm as they unleash blistering metallic hardcore.

he split CD was recorded, mixed, and mastered with Andy Kugler and Sam Pura at The Panda Studios (Heavy Heavy Low Low, These Days, Lose None). Artwork and layout for the release is currently being developed by Ryan Patterson of Auxiliary Design (Coliseum, Deathcycle, The Suicide File)
