Dan Schafer of The Methadones and Adam Fletcher of The Copyrights have announced the formation on their new label, Transparent Records. To kick off the label, both members will be working on material with their respective bands for a split CD. Dan explained:

We will be in the studio recording the new album in May at Atlas with Matt Allison, which will be released on our new record label. We will have a myspace page up and running for Transparent within the week. We're looking at a release date of sometime in June for the record.

The Copyrights recently delivered Learn the Hard Way and The Methadones dropped This Won't Hurt… last year.
