Not that anybody has been losing their mind over Gaslight Anthem vinyl, but we thought we'd mention that Devil and Dance Records will be releasing the Sink or Swim Demos. The EP will contain three tracks off the New Jersey band's breakthrough album. The album will be pressed on three colors, red, blue/black splatter and red/grey split. Pre-orders are expected soon.
Teenage Bottlerocket and Broadway Calls have teamed up to release a split 7" on Adeline Records. The 7" is available on clear-red black splatter and maroon/white opaque vinyl with both versions being limited to 500. You can pre-order here for a chance to win a test pressing of the album when you order.
Screeching Weasel's classic album, Boogada Boogada Boogada has been re-pressed on blue vinyl, which is sure to please the many people who haven't been able to get one in some time. You can order your very own here.
The Acacia Strain's new LP, Continent is available for pre-order from Prosthetic Records. You can get the album on its own, or as part of a shirt/sweater bundle.
Dillinger Four's More Songs About Girlfriends and Bubblegum 7" is being repressed by Mutant Pop Records. The new pressing is on blue vinyl and is limited to 1,000 copies. This might hold fans (who don't already have it) over until we see a new Dillinger Four record, hopefully this year.
Gilead Media has pressed Hewhocorrupts's Microeconomics on vinyl. The record is limited to 500 on clear gold and straight up clear. Vinyl Collective has just announced a number of pre-orders to expect in the near future. These include a repressing of Tim Barry's Laurel St Demos which will be on two colors and will come in silk-screened jackets. They are also repressing Every Time I Die's most recent album, The Big Dirty. It will be on a couple of colors, one of which is going to be available almost exclusively at Hot Topic.
There's more talk about represses from the folks over at Asian Man Records. They say to keep your eyes open for fresh copies of Maybe Iâll Catch Fire by Alkaline Trio (now you can stop dropping a C-note for it on Ebay) and Lemuria's Self-Titled EP. They have also announced that The Lawrence Arms' Cocktails And Dreams will also be available soon for the first time on vinyl.
The Subtle Way have announced that they will be releasing a 7" that they say will include two new songs as well as a cover of Thrice's "To Awake and Avenge the Dead." The vinyl will be limited to 250 copies and will include a free digital download.
Off with Their Heads have announced a very limited copy of their From the Bottom LP. Although the record isn't set to come out until July 22, they promise to have it at their July 4 show. Limited to 100 copies, the LP is a "wacky" color and comes in a silkscreened cover.
