The Photo Atlas have announced plans to release a new EP. The record is titled To Silently Provoke The Ghost and is due out April 21, 2009. The disc was produced by J. Robbins (Against Me!, Bayside, Jets To Brazil, Murder By Death, Mewithout You) and the music is described as "the angularity and drive of Fugazi, the gut-punch of At The Drive-In and the infectiousness of Bloc Party"
