So what have we been sent this week?

A lot of people have been writing us and saying that hardcore band American Nightmare is being/is going to be sued over their band name, due to another east coast rock and roll band sharing the same name. Apparently the other American Nightmare has the name copyrighted. No mention of the lawsuit has appeared anywhere legitimately [like either band's webpages], but a lot of people are talking about it.

As usual, none of this stuff has been confirmed one way or another. In fact this all may be false and we'd be glad to post any updates from the bands or labels that clear anything up.
