Red Scare Records has announced the bands playing their fourth annual Red Oktoberfest in Chicago. The event kicks off on Friday, October 23rd at the Beat Kitchen. That show will feature Off With Their Heads, The Copyrights, San Francisco's La Plebe, Sweden's Smalltown and the Reaganomics (members of Ryan's Hope). Saturday, October 24th at Metro is the big Lawrence Arms 10th anniversary show, which will also feature The Menzingers, La Plebe and Mike Park. The Larrys will be giving away 100 copies of a limited pressing 7" that night. The final night of festivities will be Sunday the 25th at Beat Kitchen, which is billed as the Lawrence Arms 10th Birthday Party. While they're not playing that show, they will be celebrated with performances from the Emergency Room (Dan Andriano of the Alkaline Trio's new band), The Sidekicks and Mike Park.
